The stainless steel cooking material is perfectly non-stick, provided it is used correctly. It is certainly one of the best investments in the kitchen because it is extremely durable. Moreover, it allows a perfectly healthy cooking of your food.  For a successful cooking, the preheating is crucial. If the pan is not hot enough then the food will stick. By gradually preheating your pan to the maximum, your cooking surface will be perfectly non-stick.

To check if your pan is hot enough, just throw a few drops of water on it. If the water drops start to boil, the pan is not ready. If the drops burst into a multitude of droplets that roll off the surface of the pan, the pan is ready for cooking.  Then you can turn down the heat if your food doesn't need too much heat.  Add the food to be cooked.  Once seared, the food should not stick to the pan. If it sticks, it is not seared, do not insist. Wait a little while before trying to turn it over to sear the other side.  Once both sides are seared, you can lower the heat to finish cooking.  Want to serve your steak with a sauce? Simply deglaze with a little hot water. The juices from the cooking process will come off very easily and you can then prepare your sauce as you wish.
