With a traditional blender, air mixes with the blending of your preparation which causes oxidation of the juice, therefore the quality and freshness of the juice is deteriorated, the content of the juice in vitamin C will be less.

With VacuServe vacuum blending, the contact of the food with oxygen is minimal. This will maintain the taste, flavour and freshness of the juice for a longer shelf life. You will also get juices with a silky texture without foam.
