This pan is made of stainless steel with a graduated interior. You can make delicious dishes, cook, reheat and simmer.
Sturdier, they take longer to heat up but can withstand high temperatures. Easier to clean and they allow cooking without too much fat. Healthy, solid and ecological.
The heat is spread evenly throughout the utensil thanks to the aluminum. The combination of an aluminum layer between the two stainless steel layers provides a material that allows for ultra-fast cooking, without any overheating points.
The utensils are therefore naturally compatible with all heat sources and perform particularly well on induction.

Characteristics of the pan:
Triple bottom: 18/10 stainless steel / aluminum / 18/10 stainless steel
Diameter 16 cm

All heat sources including induction.

For a successful cooking, you must preheat your pan, if it is not hot enough then its cooking surface will be slightly porous and the food will stick.

By preheating your pan, your cooking surface will be smooth
