Poultry Pest Control Powder 250g: Insect repellent powder for chickens and ornamental poultry based on natural extract. Repels fleas, lice and mites. Effective on feathers, down and skin. 250g powdered box.

Thanks to its original galenic (3 distinct powders), Demavic poultry insect repellent powder ensures a fine adhesion to the feathers and skin. The protection against parasites is ensured by the repulsive action of the active ingredients is fast and prolonged.
Can be used on chicks and chicks from 3 days old. 1 bottle of 250 g treats 30 birds of 4 kg. Use the powder only in aviaries and poultry houses. For palmipeds, do not bathe for 10 days after treatment

Instructions for use
Sprinkle the equivalent of a level tablespoon of powder, that is to say 5 g for a bird of 4 kg.
Insist on the wishbone, thighs, back, neck, head and peri-cloacal area, do not put powder in the eyes and nasal cavities.
The repellent action is effective in a few hours and lasts from 3 to 5 days.
Treat once or twice a week.
Repels lice, false red lice (Dermanyssus gallinae) and fleas.
Demavic poultry insect repellent powder is not active on nits

Other method of administration
After the first application it is possible to let the animal soak up the product on its own.
Lay out and fill a basin with fine sand and/or ash and mix with the Demavic poultry insect repellent powder on the top 2 cm:
5 level tablespoons (i.e. 25 g) of powder for a basin with a diameter of 35 cm (chicken).
2 level tablespoons (10 g) of powder for a basin with a diameter of 20 cm.
Strong repulsive action. Protective shield against parasites
