Excellent heat and cold conductivity.
Homogeneous cooking and caramelization of the juices.

Smooth inner surface: natural non-stick and easy to remove from the mould.
Micro air bubble.
Air system with holes to even out the heat.
Grease on first use.
Bake in a traditional oven or bain-marie.
