Shallot jermor bag of 500 g

Jermor shallot 500g bag : Jermor shallot : Late variety, productive, with half-long bulbs, pinkish white flesh, very fragrant. Well adapted for winter storage.
Plantation from February to April, buried at a depth of about 3 cm every 15-20 cm, in rows spaced at about 30 to 40 cm.

Green harvesting: pull up the plant as soon as the bulb is formed and eat the bulbs and leaves. Dry harvest: tear off the plant when the leaves are 2/3 dry and leave the bulbs to dry in the sun for a few days, then store them in a dry, ventilated place.
